Shipping & Processing Times
Please allow usually 1-2 business days to process an order and 4-8 business days to ship an order.

Returns
EV Rider charges a 15% restocking fee for ALL returned items.
- Units and Parts must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and with an authorized RMA #.
- Shipping for items qualifying for free shipping will be deducted from the remaining credit of eligible refund items.
- Credits will be granted upon inspection of the returned product(s)
